She was spotted with an unidentified little boy, strolling the streets of NYC yesterday.

Amber was wearing patent black Doc Martens, black/grey leopard print tights, a navy blazer and white shades.
It's obvious from these pics that some pedestrians were pleased to see her in this outfit, but do you think this is a good look on her?
